KG Simple Solutions and Proclaim Billing Services work together to provide consulting support to clients who also need medical billing experts. Kelly Gies started Proclaim Billing Services to support the prosthetics and orthotics industry with specialized billing services. What she found was there was a need for consulting with businesses about industry best practices. Drawing on her over 15 years of experience in the industry she’s been able to provide tools and support to adequately train employees to efficiently bill for services using correct medical coding practices. Kelly started KG Simple Solutions to provide businesses with streamlined processes; which allows you to eliminate unnecessary steps and improve turnaround time, to ultimately increase cash flow.

The Team
Founder
Kelly Gies
Kelly Gies is an expansive and solution-oriented critical thinker, with a track record as an architect of learning and growth, which is showcased by the way she has led the multiple organizations she is a part of. She has twenty years of experience in the prosthetic and orthotic industry, and during that time she has pioneered processes and procedures that P&O companies can use in order to become more efficient and profitable. Kelly is passionate about seeing companies be transformed by streamlining processes, improving communication, and getting individuals the resources and tools they need in order to be successful.
Kelly is the COO and the CFO at Cornerstone Prosthetics & Orthotics, where she has worked for the past twenty years. Kelly is also the founder of KG Simple Solutions and Proclaim Billing Services. At KG Simple Solutions, Kelly provides consulting services to O&P organizations around billing, accounts receivable management, process flow analysis, WIP management, metrics, OPIE, Nymbl, and Office 365.
Kelly is a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest. She has a bachelor’s degree in business and a minor in human resources from Washington State University “Go Cougs”. She also obtained her master’s degree in project management from City University. Outside of work, Kelly finds joy in spending time with her husband, three children, and dog Riggs. When they are not at the soccer or baseball fields, Kelly’s family loves the outdoors, camping, and especially being on the water.

Rebekah Samii
Rebekah has worked closely alongside Kelly Gies for several years and has become the Microsoft specialist of the team. Rebekah is passionate about improving the culture and communication in an organization. She transforms organizations to become purpose-driven by leveraging the company’s mission, vision, and value statements. She manages the organization’s communications, projects, and resources utilizing Microsoft applications.
Rebekah lives in the Pacific Northwest and loves spending her free time outside of work with people. She finds joy in growing her relationships with her family, spending time with her friends, getting to know new people, learning from others, and being outdoors.

Kiley Ring
Kiley joined the KG Simple Solutions team in 2018 bringing 18 years of administrative experience and skills including project coordination, office management, and process review from her background in a wide range of industries with a focus on healthcare administration. After her introduction to Lean Manufacturing principles at Cornerstone Prosthetics and Orthotics Kiley has developed a passion for incorporating these principles into business administration through constant process improvement and education. With her inherent skills as a trainer, she compassionately and effectively creates programs and documentation processes that save time while adding consistency in workflow.
Kiley moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2018 from San Diego, CA, and outside of work enjoys spending time on the water with her husband and son. She enjoys kayaking, crabbing, and farmers' markets as well as meeting new people in her community.

Compliance & Accounts Receivable Manager
Jacqueline Osborne
Jacqueline has 10 years of experience working in the prosthetic & orthotic industry and 6 years of experience working within the health insurance industry. Jacqueline has a keen sense of the internal operations of the health insurance industry which has shaped her professional career in compliance regulations and accounts receivable processes for prosthetics and orthotic suppliers. Over the course of her 10 years in the P&O industry, she has developed efficient processes that will capture revenue and increase profits. Jacqueline has developed a communications process between supplier and physician referral sources that brings forth educational references and strives to make sure P&O patients receive the care and the coverage they require in their healthcare management. She has developed educational resources for referral sources and patients so they understand the requirements that must be met for P&O items.
Jacqueline enjoys hiking the mountains of the PNW and camping during the summer and she is quite the audiophile with an extensive record collection.
